Animal lovers rejoice: in November, Jerudong Park Playground will be staging “Animals in the Park”, a month-long event where visitors have the chance to get up close with exotic parrots, birds of prey, fancy rabbits and reptiles.
Some of the feathered divas on display include the green-winged macaw, cheeky cockatoos and cockatiels, as well as a majestic eagle.
Those looking for cuddles can cosy up to animals of the furrier variety, like the lop-eared rabbit, or its bigger cousin the Flemish Giant rabbit.
Kids and adults can also learn about the wildlife from the rangers on duty, who will also have reptiles like iguanas, turtles and tortoises on show.
You can access the “Animals in the Park” exhibit as part of a promotional package offered by JP Playground.
Tickets for locals are priced at $20 for adults and $13 for children below 12. Ticket prices for non-locals are $27 for adults and $17 for children below 12 years old.
The ticket is inclusive of all Jerudong Park rides and entry to the waterpark and “Animals in the Park”.
The animals exhibit will run from November 1-30. Opening times are 4pm to 8.30pm on Thursday and Friday; and 10am to 9.30pm on Saturday and Sunday.
If you’re interested in a school visit package, contact JP management to arrange a slot, with a minimum booking of 30 students.
