Human Resource and Learning & Development Manager

The Human Resource and Learning & Development Manager is responsible for developing and implementing Human Resource strategies and programs as well as maintaining budgets, build strategic resource plan and building relationships with training vendors and consultants

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field required. Accredited Training Professional (ATP), CIPD Level 5 and other related certification is required.

– Minimum 5 years working experience in Human Resource and Learning & Development Manager Position.
