Do you fancy yourself a whiz in the kitchen? Well, this Sunday you have a chance to show off your culinary skills at “Taste of Australia” at the Radisson Hotel.
From 11am to 3pm, members of the public are invited to participate in a culinary challenge by bringing along a homemade dish that uses at least one Australian and one Bruneian ingredient. The competition is open to adults and kids and the winner will receive a return economy class ticket to Melbourne sponsored by Royal Brunei Airlines.

He now produces some of Melbourne’s finest fare at the award-winning French Saloon, where he displays his relaxed yet confident approach, with an emphasis on the best products available.
“Taste of Australia” is an annual showcase of Australian food products available in Brunei, organised by the Australian High Commission and Australian Trade and Investment Commission.
“Taste of Australia in Brunei will be an opportunity for Bruneians to see what Australian products are already available here in Brunei and try some exciting new ones,” said Nicola Rosenblum, Australia’s High Commissioner to Brunei.
“From high-quality Australian Wagyu beef, to delicious Meredith Dairy Goats Cheese, and seasonal fresh fruit and vegetables, there is a great range of premium Australian products available here in Brunei,” she said.
