This year renowned Australian chef Todd Moses will be a judging the entries, along with local cookbook author Siti Kaprawi.
Chef Todd — who has plied his trade at some of Melbourne’s top kitchens including Circa the Prince and Supernormal — will also be showing off his skills in a number of live cooking demonstrations at the Radisson. He now produces some of Melbourne’s finest fare at the award-winning French Saloon, where he displays his relaxed yet confident approach, with an emphasis on the best products available.

“Taste of Australia” is an annual showcase of Australian food products available in Brunei, organised by the Australian High Commission and Australian Trade and Investment Commission.
“Taste of Australia in Brunei will be an opportunity for Bruneians to see what Australian products are already available here in Brunei and try some exciting new ones,” said Nicola Rosenblum, Australia’s High Commissioner to Brunei.
“From high-quality Australian Wagyu beef, to delicious Meredith Dairy Goats Cheese, and seasonal fresh fruit and vegetables, there is a great range of premium Australian products available here in Brunei,” she said.
