If you want to eat out this weekend but can’t decide what kind of cuisine you’re craving, look no further than the Goldiana Café and Lounge at Mulia Hotel.
Over 20 à la carte dishes are back by popular demand, said Sabrina Chiang, Mulia’s business development executive.
The selection of fusion dishes marry unique flavours of East and West, so even if your family are fighting over which kind of cuisine they want for dinner, Goldiana promises something to satisfy everyone’s tastebuds.
Spicy food lovers should try the Nyonya curry laksa garnished with succulent prawns, shredded chicken and bean curd.

If you’re feeling a bit adventurous, then the spaghetti sambal belacan is a must-try — a combination of light shrimp paste and tomato concasse, topped with parmesan cheese.
Or perhaps the beef rendang pizza is more your speed? Sprinkled with chili, onion rings and mozzarella, it’s one of the unique fusion dishes on offer at Goldiana.
Sabrina also recommends that diners try out the traditional Southeast Asian fare, including Hainanese chicken rice, nasi goreng Anggrek Desa, mee kung fu and chicken curry.

An array of Western dishes such as beef stroganoff, a lamb chop trio, tender sirloin steak and the T-Bone steak are also available for diners craving a more hearty meal.
For appetisers and lighter fare, there are options such as deep fried oysters, wild mushroom soup, caesar salad, roasted chicken salad with peach, and pizza du chef.
And for dessert lovers, Goldiana has you covered — from apple tart and crème caramel, to a variety of cakes, coconut macarons and crème bruleé — your sweet tooth will be on sensory overload.
